What is e-Tax Office?

e-Tax Office is a big step in digitising KAS services and servicing citizens. It is a modern, publicly available communication channel on the line of the tax office – the customer. The services made available on the website will be adapted to the needs of different groups of users in order to make it as easy as possible for them to settle tax settlements and settle cases in KAS. Using the e-Tax Office saves time, security, convenient payments and easy access to information – says Minister of Finance, Funds and Regional Policy Tadeusz Kościński.

The service is dedicated to taxpayers, payers, agents, bailiffs and notaries. With the addition of functionality, the user group will include the next groups mentioned above.
The project is co-financed by the European Funds (Digital Poland Programme). The total value of the project is almost PLN 102 million, including an EU grant of around PLN 102 million. PLN 86 million and the state budget of around PLN 86 million. PLN 15.6 million.

Minister of Finance, Funds and Regional Policy Tadeusz Kościński on e-Tax Office:

We are becoming more and more modern. We offer further convenient and friendly solutions. Nowadays, fiskus has to keep pace with technological developments and customer expectations. We are aware of this. That is why dialogue, digitalisation and friendliness are keywords for my ministry," adds the head of mf.

The e-Tax Office project is part of the client's program in the focus of KAS, which aims to strengthen direct contact with taxpayers and simplify the handling of official affairs. Our goal is to provide a higher quality of service to our customers and adapt to their needs. Digitization and automation of processes also saves time and improves the comfort of working in KAS. E-Tax Office uses modern IT solutions and merges data from different KAS systems. Such projects are the future of the administration, not just the treasury, emphasizes the head of kas Magdalena Rzeczkowska.
